Junior Sales Executive, Inside - Print

The Junior Sales Executive, Inside-Print is focused on supporting the sales team by assisting in new customer acquisition and contributing to the expansion of existing accounts. This role provides foundational sales experience with opportunities to develop skills in prospecting, customer relationship management, and sales processes. The Junior Sales Executive position requires strong English-speaking communication skills, both over the phone and in writing. This role draws on initiative and developing business acumen to understand customer needs and contribute to sales strategies. The Junior Sales Executive will work closely with our experienced sales team, building trust and credibility with customers by developing product knowledge and industry understanding. This position supports the efforts of the Print, Legal organization within Thomson Reuters.

In this opportunity as Junior Sales Executive, Inside – Print you will: 

Assist in Driving Results: Support the sales team in managing leads, developing pipelines, and prospecting for new opportunities, while learning to provide a superior customer experience.Learn Closing Techniques: Work towards achieving personal sales goals through negotiations and product offerings under guidance.Understand Sales Process: Learn to leverage the sales process to manage opportunities and enhance customer experience.Support Relationship Management: Actively contribute to a team environment, collaborating with fellow sales reps and key internal partners.Learn Product Proposition: Engage with customers to understand products and promote usage, aiming for revenue growth objectives.Assist in Reporting: Help gather and log call information, sales orders, and profile activity within Salesforce, Thomson Reuters CRM system accurately.Develop Customer and Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to improve business decisions and demonstrate openness to change behavior in response to new insights.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Junior Sales Executive, Inside – Print:

You have a High school degree or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree (especially in business, sales, marketing, or related fields) is a plus.You possess a strong interest in developing a career in sales; previous customer service or sales support experience is beneficial but not required.You are eager to learn about sales techniques, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).You are comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential customers.You are comfortable making cold calling and mailing and engaging with leads and potential customers for new sales.You have strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks.You are adaptable and embrace opportunities to learn and develop new skills.You have excellent English language verbal and written communication skills.You are driven and compete to win each deal and opportunity.You are customer-centric, professional, and demonstrate high integrity.You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications
