Your role at Clorox:

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Supervisor to manage and lead the Join Business Plans (JBP) with assigned customers in the Traditional Channel. This role is responsible for ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives by aligning with Clorox’s internal policies, values, and Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing, and Shelving strategies

In this role, you will:

Drive the execution of the company’s commercial strategies within assigned accounts, ensuring continuous monitoring and control of their commercial performance to meet key sales metrics such as MSC (Market Sales Contribution), NSC (Net Sales Contribution), and RR (Retail Reach).

Ensure detailed execution of AMPS strategies at the point of sale by leading all aspects of the accurate implementation of pricing, planograms, display guidelines, and by securing consistent product availability and coding according to Clorox standards.

Coordinate and supervise the execution of promotional plans within the channel, ensuring efficient implementation that supports the achievement of annual targets.

Maintain deep market knowledge through ongoing engagement with key stakeholders in the channel, finding opportunities and recommending relevant commercial activities aligned with market needs.

What we look for:

Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of sales experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, in roles such as Sales Representative, Sales Supervisor, Key Account Executive, or equivalent professional experience.

Proven experience in leading clients and/or retailers in the traditional trade channel, encompassing distributors and wholesalers, ideally within multinational or transnational FMCG organizations.

Advanced Microsoft Office level.

Intermediate English proficiency.

Outstanding attributes including planning and interpersonal skills, self-management, a proactive approach, and strong teamwork abilities. Analytical capabilities are key.
