Job Description An employer is looking for a Lab Tech in Redmond, Wa. The Technician will assemble the propulsion system and help to identify process improvements to improve build efficiency. You will work closely with multiple engineering teams on production hardware and manufacturing processes. Skills and Requirements High school diploma or GED Enterprise level experience 6 months relevant aerospace/automotive manufacturing experience or equivalent industry experience 6 months of hands on work experience with electro-mechanical assemblies, final integration and/or harness integration experience 1+ year experience in a fast-paced production environment with flight hardware Strong verbal/written communication and listening skills Hands on experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices (i.e., automated and manual torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multi-meters, torque wrenches, etc..) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
