**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description** Aerotek is hiring immediately! Join a dynamic team as a construction laborer, assisting in various site work tasks across different construction sites. This role requires no prior experience as all necessary skills will be taught on-site. You will engage in activities such as holding a laser level stick, shoveling, crushing stone, and assisting with pipe and sewer line installations. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits! **Responsibilities** + Hold a laser level stick while a heavy equipment operator grades the site. + Shovel and crush stone as part of site preparation. + Assist in the installation of pipe and sewer lines. + Travel to various construction sites as required. + Work efficiently under instruction and in all weather conditions. **Essential Skills** + Possession of a vehicle and willingness to travel to sites as far south as Greenwich and as far north as Orange. + Understanding of outdoor construction site dynamics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Any safety training, such as OSHA 10, is preferred. + Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. + Reliability is crucial for this role. **Why Work Here?** Become part of a small, family-owned business that prioritizes taking care of its employees. Join a team with two operators and three laborers currently on site. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
