Schedule Availability: Must be open to any shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) including holidays, with any combination of days off Additional Information: Laborers involved in Transportation Engineering and Maintenance Services are required to attend an annual Hearing Conservation Training class, Respiratory Protection Training class and a Lead Awareness class. They are also required to submit to an annual medical evaluation, fit test. Audiometric exam and a semi-annual Lead/Zinc blood test.
SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; Shifts may start as early as 5:00 AM, while some may end as late as 5:00 AM.

As the Transportation Engineering and Maintenance Services Laborer you will perform planned maintenance, provide support to other crafts, and ensure that our Attractions, shops, and other Backstage areas are clean and ready for operation. Additional responsibilities may include cleaning and maintaining Attractions, waterways, and other assigned areas as well as maintaining railroad track, ties, switches, and gravel ballast.

Material Handling:
Deploy sandbags, water pumps, hoses, and fans for flood control, waterway projects, and water leaksDeliver and move tables and chairs for Cast/Guest events Deliver barricades to support painting effortsTake items to Property Control and Lost and Found Flip Attraction boats when removed and stored for projectsMove furniture and equipment when requestedMove 3D glasses for AttractionsEmpty trash, metal, and other waste binsPark Maintenance and Cleaning:
Maintain water levelsLubricate the Main Street streetcar trackClean waterways and flumesClean drink cartsSpread decomposed graniteClean automotive bays and pitsRespond to calls for assistance by Park Operations and Maintenance teamsEnvironmental clean-upUse computerized maintenance management system (Maximo) to receive work instructionsMonitor a radio for calls and respondConfirm reservations when groups borrow equipmentStore, inventory, and maintain equipmentAttraction Responsibility:
Clean all waterways and dispose of dirtClean flume, animation, and pond areas Clean track and ride path areasHelp other trades with their work when/if neededPerform weekly, monthly, and annual planned maintenanceReplace railroad track componentsMaintain railroad track profile Basic Qualifications:Technical Abilities:
