Responsibilities Responsible for importing, cleansing, validating and analyzing data with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from the dataProcess incoming documentsPreparing physical documents to be scanned. Scanning physical documentsIndexing and Quality Assurances of digital scansProcessing document to route electronicallyMay consolidate and/or present data in charts, graphs, or tablesFocus on improving data qualityWork with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position Qualifications 3+ years of previous data analysis experience required. Strong analytical skillsHas the ability to work with other departments and mangment to determine organization goals, pinpoint trends, correlations and patterns in complicated data setsAble to provide supervision, training and mentoring to junior analysts within the departmentAble to search various internal and external database systems to identify legacy data and/or data that has not been uploaded to an ECMVerbal and written communication skillsExperience generating reportsProficient in MS Office.High School diploma or GED required
