In the role of Landscape Architect, we'll count on you to:Develop site designs through contract document phases of projectsConduct site analysis to include building operation, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, site grading, storm drainage design and site amenitiesMeet with client representatives as neededParticipate in reviews with various utilities and governing agencies for code complianceConduct design development and contract document work sessions at project sitesCoordinate workload to ensure deadlines are met, reviewing documents for all areas of conflict with all disciplines, writing and editing site design specifications, selecting landscape and paving materials, and preparing drawings as requiredProvide contract administration as neededPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications Master’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited universityMinimum 5yrs directly relevant professional experienceProfessional Landscape Architect licensed in California Experience with the full range of planning and design phases including site analysis, community and site planning, conceptual development, construction documentation and observationDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary design teamsExperienced in planting design and construction documentation in CaliforniaSignificant construction document preparation experienceExcellent communication, time management, graphic and organizational skillsProficiency with AutoCAD / Civil 3D, Land F/X, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite3D modeling and rendering skills are preferred with experience using Revit Environment, Rhino, Lumion, VRAY, Enscape, Twinmotion, etc.

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering Professional registration Experience with MS Office, AutoCAD and Photoshop Able to prepare site plans and understand the principles of grading and drainage An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position is $91,263.00 - $135,590.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
