In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Work with Product Owner and Scrum Master in managing the configuration of the application based on the business unit requirements and Emerson/Digital HCM Standards focusing on Oracle HCM Talent Management module. Assist in the implementation of Oracle HCM Talent Management module in different world areas Assist in testing new configurations and functional analysis before the production migration. Implement Guided Learning for Oracle HCM modules. Partner with organization’s point of contact to identify and resolve production issues.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or other related field. At least 6 years of relevant work experience in Shared Services industry, preferably with focus on HCM applications and HR processes. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Excellent customer service orientation. Willingness to work on night shift schedule and during Philippine holidays.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
