Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a technical specialist with skillset related to Exstream platform management and Output Docs Developer to join the EMEIA ERP Program, collaborating closely with EMEIA IT Team.
The Job holder will be responsible to Exstream platform management and Output Docs Development. The EMEIA ERP has already been implemented in the UK, Finland, Scandinavia, Benelux, Poland, Croatia, Germany, and France Market Regions. Upgrade and roll out continuity of EMEIA D365FO to other Regions represents the next phase of an entire EMEIA ERP Programme.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Managing Exstream Platform with Divisional setup and optimized performance
Developing Output Documents and Labels
To create and Share the Output Docs Governance and Framework
To provide updates on assigned tasks on a regular basis to EMEA ERP Program Director
To be involved in urgent and complicated L3 support issues
Investigates problems, diagnose root causes, and resolve issues mainly related to technical side.
To support Key users and Solution Architects during Releases or Project go-live.
Education and/or Experience
10 years and more with Xstream Platform management and Development & Deployment
10 years and more with Output Documents Design & Development in Xstream
10 years and more with C# development
Experience from other Output Document & Labels Platform
Proved Experience from ERP projects like Dynamics AX 2009, AX2012 or D365FO
Language Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
Computer Skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
Personal Characteristics
Able to prioritize and plan work to high quality in line with deadlines
Able to work as part of diverse teams including Process Owners, Super Users, Consultants, Developers and Suppliers
Excellent presentation skills
Able to prioritize and plan work in line with deadlines
Must be able to see to read related documentation.
Must be able to establish and maintain productive, positive and cooperative relationships with others.
Ability to analyze business requirements and design solutions in line with the EMEA template
Willing to work at various ASSA ABLOY locations throughout EMEA
Willingness and ability to travel within this role
Ability to communicate on work completed, implementations defined, tested and deployed.
Ability to explain requirements and work closely with developers (all areas of expertise).
Ability to explain and demonstrate how to use ERP tools to users.
Ability to follow defined IT processes
