We are seeking a professional like you to join our team as a Learning and Development Coordinator. In this role, you will facilitate the development, implementation, and documentation of employee training programs to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with various departments to support training activities, assess training needs, and develop instructional materials. Your strong coaching and communication skills will be essential in delivering effective training and maintaining a high-performance culture.

Facilitating the development, implementation, and documentation of employee training and testing to ensure compliance with Site and Corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.Collaborating with On-The-Job Training mentors, employees, managers, supervisors, EHS staff, and Corporate L&D peers to support training and development activities.Utilizing your knowledge of manufacturing processes, you will assess training needs, translate job requirements into training plans, prepare, organize, and execute new procedures and training needs into instructional materials.Assessing training gaps, and evaluating training effectiveness to establish a high-performance culture, continuously improving skills and knowledge to maintain alignment with current learning and development trends and needs.Delivering one-on-one instructions, in-the-field training, and classroom instruction as appropriate including contractor orientation.Participating in regulatory, quality, internal and customer audits as required to demonstrate required training is complete and up to date; maintain training systems and records to be audit readyIf you...

 

Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment required; Polyurethanes experience OR training and development experience is preferred.Possess knowledge of Document Control Databases and Computer Based Training programs.Possess knowledge of manufacturing processes and regulatory standards. Have strong coaching, communication, and training skills.Have strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple company divisions.
