Description Robert Half is an entry-level contracts administrator/contract specialist that will support a legal department in Alpharetta, Georgia. Responsibilities: • Prepare and manage form agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. • Perform data entry tasks within the contract management system (Conga) to maintain organized and updated records. • Assist with legal matters related to fleet vehicles, including tracking accident-related information and handling indemnity letters. • Communicate with plaintiff attorneys and coordinate information to resolve legal disputes. • Support administrative tasks such as filing and document organization to maintain efficient legal operations. • Learn and contribute to the trucking equipment division to address cross-functional legal concerns. • Collaborate with the paralegal to provide comprehensive support across various legal responsibilities. • Handle multiple responsibilities with a willingness to take on new challenges and expand your skill set. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree is required. • 2-3 years of legal experience required in a law firm, or corporate setting. • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow within the legal field. • Familiarity with contract management systems, such as Conga, is a plus. • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including filing and data management. • Effective communication skills to interact with attorneys and other stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. • Willingness to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
