As such, it is responsible for the care of and access to unique collections integral to the work of scholars and creative professionals from around the globe. Located in New York’s most iconic performing arts campus, LPA serves as a vital resource for artists, writers and students breaking new ground and creating the culture of tomorrow. The Library Technical Assistant II supports public service to theater, dance, music & recorded sound, and the reserve film media collections of the research divisions of the Library for the Performing Arts. They provide access to paper-based materials (books, archival boxes, etc), microfilm, audio and moving image materials.
