The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides psychosocial assessment, individual/group treatment, family therapy, discharge and aftercare planning to patient and their families. The incumbent will have competency in delivering services and treatments based of recovery-oriented services, family systems, and evidenced based treatments. Incumbent provides consultation and training on psychosocial aspects of human behavior and complex environments. The incumbent is the primary contact for involving and educating patients, families, and significant others in the process of treatment and mental health recovery. Serves as a liaison to community programs and develops strategic partnerships to enhance aftercare plans of patients and their families. Participates on Committees as required. Other duties may be required or assigned.Job Description:

Pay Range is $46.78 to $60.80 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
