Description
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lighting Project Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of lighting projects from planning through completion. This role acts as the liaison between sales and procurement teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. In addition to coordinating projects, this position will also be responsible for quoting jobs.
Reports to: Profet Center Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Efficient with Microsoft Office
+ Ability to commute to and work in person at our location

+ Ability to multi-task and have outstanding communication skills
+ Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in lighting, construction, or electrical industries.
+ Experience with quoting or estimating projects is preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of lighting systems and terminology is a plus.
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Working conditions will be standard to an office environment.

Essential Job Functions:
• Coordinate all phases of lighting projects, including scheduling, procurement, and delivery.
• Prepare and submit accurate job quotes, collaborating closely with sales and estimating teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including schedules and progress reports.
• Track project milestones and proactively identify and resolve potential issues or delays.
• Support procurement by managing product orders, deliveries, and vendor communications.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $42000 to $46000 annually.
