Contract Duration: 24 Months **Required Skills & Experience** + 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. + Extensive LoanIQ system experience, preferably with bilateral loans. + Operations experience servicing or booking deals in LoanIQ. + Experience with Automated Financial Systems (AFS) system. + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. + Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities. **What You Will Be Doing** + Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. + Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. + Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. + Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. + Look at upcoming LoanIQ upgrades and enhancements and determine how they may effect operations. + Determine impacts and recommending adjustments. + Supporting conversion from AFS to LoanIQ and upcoming release schedule. + Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions. + Liaison with high level leadership as needed. + Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving. + Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important. **You will receive the following benefits:** + Medical Insurance - Four medical plans to choose from for you and your family + Dental & Orthodontia Benefits + Vision Benefits + Health Savings Account (HSA) + Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts + Voluntary Life Insurance, Long-Term & Short-Term Disability Insurance + Hospital Indemnity Insurance + 401(k) including match with pre and post-tax options + Paid Sick Time Leave + Legal and Identity Protection Plans + Pre-tax Commuter Benefit + 529 College Saver Plan Motion Recruitment Partners (MRP) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
