Logistics Quality Management (Senior Executive)

 

Objectives of the Position:

·     Responsible for quality management (logistics and trade) through effective non-conformance management

·     Manage NCM documentation in SAP QM module and monitoring and analysis of logistics quality  

·     Lead training and awareness topics on quality and NCM  

·     Support internal/ external audits relevant to the scope of overseas delivery services

 

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities:

·     Investigation of customer complaints with corresponding root cause identification and development of sustainable countermeasures

- Recording and processing of complaints and initiation of process optimizations based on error analyses 

- Coordination and monitoring of measures to be initiated and creation of evaluations in various tools

·     Quality contact person for service recipients and external service providers

·     Responsible for the implementation and planning of training on non-conformance management (NCM)-related topics and processes

·     Introduction and guidance for NCM dashboards, visualization and communication of existing KPIs

·     Regular exchange with the NCM community for knowledge management

·     Supporting coordination role within the service delivery unit as Non-conformance management (NCM) responsible with regard to the following aspects:

- Development of a common understanding of NCM processes

- Support and coordination in the unit of internal and external audits

·     Supporting the coordination of risk management and internal and external audit preparation/support Overseas Delivery Services

·     Cross team tasks (reporting, projects, testing, business release management...)

·     Support process improvement, knowledge management and ensure risk management and business continuity relevant to the overseas delivery services. Adherence to company, regulatory and unit guidelines, policies, requirements are expected 

 

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree or comparable qualification/professional experience; initial professional experience & knowledge

 

Working Experience:

·  Proven experience in quality/non-conformance management in supply chain. Experience with maritime claims and insurance will be added advantage

·  Supporting coordination role within the service delivery unit in developing a common understanding non-conformance, investigation and claim management  

·   Organizing/conducting NCM and risk management training

 

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

·    Sound experience with QM/NCM SAP/MS Office etc.

·    High proficiency in spoken and written English
