Maintenance Manager

Your role at Clorox:

We are looking for an experienced Plant Maintenance Manager to join the Atlanta Main Plant. The Plant Maintenance Manager will manage day-to-day reliability work, inventory control, adherence to spending budgets and oversight of the improvement strategy as well as be integral to the operation strategies of the Atlanta Main plant. This individual will work together with the Operations Managers to develop ongoing financial strategy to help the Atlanta Main achieve its goals to improve the enterprise margin and supply chain.

In this role, you will:

Oversee plant maintenance operations, storeroom management, and repair cost budgeting.Supervise maintenance team leaders, planners, and storeroom supervisors.Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance using CMMS.Establish and enforce standard operating procedures for maintenance activities.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams for seamless operations.Implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.Minimize unplanned downtime through predictive maintenance technologies.Optimize planned downtime for scheduled maintenance and line cleaning.Manage technical stores, work orders, labor allocation, and BOMs.Ensure proper documentation and analysis of equipment failures.Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance and operations.

What we look for:

5+ years’ experience in a high production-manufacturing environment3+ years’ experience with direct leadership/management in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Experience with maintenance planning systems and tools.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Industrial working knowledge, including hands-on experience in troubleshooting problems that arise on the maintenance floor.Strong technical aptitude and people management skills.Proven project management and problem-solving abilities.Effective budget planning and management.Excellent training, coaching, and leadership skills.Highly organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience with MRO parts inventories, procurement fundamentals, and improvement methodologies (TPM, 5S, Lean, etc.).Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field PreferredWorking knowledge of SAP and or other ERP processes and systems Preferred

The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $88,700 - $165,900–Zone B: $81,300 - $152,100–Zone C: $73,900 - $138,300
