**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Experience Level:** Intermediate
**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and reliable **Maintenance Technician** to support both equipment and facility maintenance operations within our production environment. This role is approximately **70% focused on equipment maintenance** and **30% on facility upkeep** . The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform **preventive maintenance (PM)** and respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
+ Troubleshoot and maintain **HVAC systems** to ensure optimal performance.
+ Execute maintenance projects and repairs across the facility in a timely and efficient manner.
+ Conduct light PM tasks on **CNC machines** and perform **conveyor system maintenance** .
+ Maintain and repair **pumps, ovens, heaters** , and other production-related equipment.
+ Work with **adhesive systems** and **pleating machines** .
+ Troubleshoot and maintain **PLC controls** and **electrical systems** .
**Preferred Skills & Qualifications:**
+ **Machine building experience** (strongly preferred)
+ **Welding experience** (preferred)
+ Familiarity with **boiler systems** (boiler license is a plus)
+ Experience with **machining operations**
+ Knowledge of **overhead crane** and **forklift maintenance**

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr.
