As our company envelopes, we continue to invest in our people and processes to produce outstanding products and services. **How will you make a difference?** As a member of the SanCasT group, you will be responsible for Maintenance Electrician maintains, troubleshoots and services electrical and electronic systems, Industrial electrical machinery and controls and other tasks in a manufacturing environment. Support all production and physical plant equipment in the facility. The ideal candidate must have the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot the facilities equipment including electrical systems, motors, disconnects and breakers, low voltage controls and PLC’s. **What do we want to know about you?** + HS Diploma or GED preferred. + Higher level of experience with shipping is preferred not required. + Specialized equipment used in this job + MS Office software applications + Oracle experience preferred. + Must obey all safety rules and wear all proper Personal Protection Equipment + Understand and able to work on up to 480V 3 phase (Higher voltage experience a plus) + Industrial and/or manufacturing PLC experience + Motor programmable drives experience + Running conduit/machine moves/new installation experience + Experience in melting and molding environment would be a plus + High school degree or equivalent required. + Electrical schooling and/or apprenticeship preferred. + Must be able to meet the physical demands and skills analysis of the job. + Additional Job Description **Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** + Performs all duties in a safe and collaborative manner and immediately report any potentially dangerous conditions or other safety concerns to the supervisor. + Promotes and complies with good safety practices and habits, including but not limited to, use of all PPE, ensuring guards and safety features are working. + Performs scheduled preventive maintenance tasks such as checking, cleaning, or repairing equipment to detect and prevent problems. + Diagnoses, troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs electrical equipment up to 480V 3 phase and facility systems such as RTU, lighting and motor circuits. + Repair, maintain and replace electric motors. + Maintain all associated equipment for the electric motors, including drives. + Install and repair all types of electronic equipment including PLC programmers. + Maintain and install electrical services throughout the facility including lighting, HVAC, etc. + Install new equipment, mount fixtures, run conduit, pull wire, connect wiring, etc. + Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns. + Utilizes strong mechanical and electrical skills in order to complete assignments. **What about the physical demands of the job?** Duties of job will include extended time in tool inventory room, maintenance shop and on the plant floor. Not all the operational plant floor is climate controlled. Must be comfortable in a heavy manufacturing environment. Ability to occasionally lift 70 lbs., and ability to repetitively lift 1 to 25 lbs. **Work Environment** The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing essential functions of this job. Able to identify problems and resolve efficiently. + You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary. The hourly rate for this role is in the range of $24-$35 per hour depending on experience level and demonstrated ability.
