Major Loss Adjuster / Auditor – Flexible role

This varied and important role involves a combination of auditing Commercial Property cases and acting as a highly skilled practitioner. The auditing element of the role is designed to take up two thirds of the successful candidate’s time and the commercial adjusting component will ensure candidates maintain their technical skills and that they garner understanding of systems and processes.

It’s an ideal opportunity for a highly experienced adjuster, perhaps seeking transition to a role that offers more flexibility in workload and hours, whilst keeping an active involvement in handling interesting losses.

Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of commercial property losses, providing excellent customer service, and a strong grasp of the core technical and procedural aspects.

Key duties:

Conduct thorough audits to measure technical and service quality

Analyse output and collaborate with operational teams on learnings  

Manage a small portfolio of commercial property losses

The skills you will have when you apply:

Demonstrable track record in the handling of commercial property claims

Whilst not required,  previous audit experience would be an advantage

ACII/ACILA qualified

Awareness of market developments in areas of governance, regulations and the customer experience

IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel

Excellent communication, report writing, and listening skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members

Market profile and account management experience is an advantage

Full UK driving licence is essential
