Job Summary:
The Manager, National Tax Learning will apply tax knowledge and experience to increase the effectiveness and maximize the efficiencies of firm resources dedicated to national tax learning. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with National Tax Learning (NTL) and Tax leadership to support continuous learning by assisting with the design, development, and implementation of tax curriculum through various delivery methods.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree, required; with a focus in Accounting, Business, or Finance, preferredExperience:
Five (5) or more years of experience as a tax professional, requiredLicense/Certifications:
CPA, preferredSoftware:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, required Basic proficiency with tax software, specifically GoSystem Tax RS, SurePrep and DataFlow, preferredOther Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficient at driving change Strong client relationship skills Ability to be agile to competing demands while managing and reprioritizing projects effectively Strong presentation skills Superior written and verbal communications skills Advanced knowledge of tax technical aspects Able to work in a deadline-driven environment, and handle multiple projects/tasks with an attention to detail Able to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $110,000 - $135,000
Maryland Range: $110,000 - $135,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $110,000 - $135,000
