Position Summary

The Manager – Reporting Analytics & Insights Development will apply expertise in data analysis, analytical tools, and stakeholder management skills to ensure efficient data management, promote data-driven insights, and decision making to enhance health plan operations.This critical team member will leverage technology and data to improve health outcomes and operational improvements by designing, implementing, and maintaining reporting and analytical tools which yield actionable insights.A successful colleague will support multiple projects/initiatives concurrently, supplying an analytical perspective to the workgroup and delivering high quality work products on schedule and in-line with stakeholders’ expectations.



Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Visual StudioExpert Knowledge of SQL Data Technologies including SSIS and SSRSDemonstrates resourcefulness in problem-solving and confidence in learning complex materialDesire to learn about the underlying data and how it relates to business processesAbility to deliver projects on time, understand business requirements and convert It into technical solutionsProven track record supporting complex projects and/or programsStrong analytical, quantitative, mathematical, skills that can interpret data and communicate effectively to deliver quality productAbility to deliver projects on time, understand business requirement and convert It into technical solutionsOrganize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks on a regular basis with high level of detailAbility to respond to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks at one timeUnderstanding and exposure of multiple RDBMS across a variety of database platforms such as Oracle, Teradata and Google Cloud Platform



Preferred Qualifications

2+ Years experience with cloud-based systems (Azure / AWS / GCP)Experience using Databricks to manipulate dataExperience with Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Ability to Understanding of business process improvement, project management and quality practicesExperience and proficiency with SQL Server 2014/2016 versionsPrior experience with PBM services, insurance, or healthcare5+ years of relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
