Manager Change Enablement

We are seeking a Manager Change Enablement to join our team at either of our corporate locations in Chicago, Illinois or Omaha, Nebraska.

As the Manager Change Enablement, reporting to the Director of Organization Effectiveness, you will lead successful organizational change management strategies across multiple transformation initiatives. You will partner with the Human Resources Team and other functional leaders to establish comprehensive change tactics, align on important milestones, identify direct and indirect partners, establish communication plans, and monitor the progress of and success of change initiatives.

What you'll do in this role:

Change Leadership & Coordination

Lead change management efforts for enterprise and functional projects.

Oversee planning, execution, progress tracking, and risk mitigation.

Stakeholder Management

Identify key stakeholders and develop strategies to gain alignment and support.

Foster collaboration across teams and departments.

Ways of Working

Support teams in adopting new behaviors and work practices.

Partner with HR and project leaders to drive change adoption.

Leadership Coaching

Coach project leaders and stakeholders on their roles as change sponsors and champions.

Communication Planning

Develop and implement communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Collaborate with the corporate communications team.

Training & Upskilling

Identify training needs and help design and deliver programs to ensure user adoption.

Continuous Improvement

Recommend and implement improvements to enhance change management capabilities.

What you'll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field

7+ years of experience in change management leading change programs

Strong leadership and influencing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Travel may be up to 25%

We require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future

You will typically be in the office 3 days a week. Mondays and Fridays are usually remote.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
