Lead & Inspire: Be the captain of your team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment where everyone thrives. Operational Guru: Oversee clinic operations, from scheduling and staffing to resource management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Patient Champion: Implement best practices to ensure our patients receive the highest quality, compassionate care. Financial Whiz: Manage clinic budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement savvy strategies to achieve financial goals. Quality & Compliance Pro: Ensure our clinic meets all healthcare regulations and continuously improves the quality of care we provide. 

 

What We're Looking For: 

A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. Proven experience in healthcare management, especially in a primary care setting. Stellar leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Top-notch organizational and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices. A burning passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree in Health-related field or business or 6 years equivalent work experience which includes management experience.2 years of experience in healthcare management
