Coordinate with other stakeholders involved in the complaint handling process. Monitor the progress of Filed Alert Reports, Recalls & Product Quality Complaint closure. Logging of Product Quality Complaints (PQC) in the database (TrackWise). Acknowledge the complaints to the complainants. Providing the response letter to the complainant.
