Manager Employee (Caregiver) Health RN Services

The Caregiver Health Services (CHS) Call Center Manager is responsible for the oversight, coordination and legal and regulatory compliance of CHS Call Center nursing team and operations.  Provides leadership, direction and general supervision of team members.  Coordinates with the EH Regional Director in the development, creation and implementation of programs, policies and procedures both system-wide and to meet local requirements.  Responsible for ensuring the CHS Call Center nurses have the appropriate training necessary to manage infectious disease exposures, including triage, exclusion from, and safe return to work.  Oversight of the team includes auditing for quality, consistency, and addressing concerns promptly, promoting the safety of our caregivers, patients, and communities.  Collaborates with Caregiver Health Services leadership and team members, Medical Directors, Infection Prevention, and at times, local health authorities. 

St Vincent Medical Center will be the primary site.  The person hired into this role will be expected to routinely visit our facilities at Seaside Hospital, Newberg Medical Center and Medford Medical Center as well.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (if RN); or Related field (non-RN), or equivalent combination of education and experience Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License  6 years related experience. 4 years leadership experience. Supervising healthcare regulatory compliance. Healthcare related occupation with demonstrated supervisory abilities.
