**Job Title:** Facilitator Continuous Excellence **Job Grade:** G9B / G10 **Function:** Business Transformation office **Sub-function:** Continuous Excellence **Managers Job Title:** VP **Skip Level Managers Title:** -- **Function Head Title:** **Location:** **Sun House, Mumbai** **No. of Direct Reports (if any)** None **Date of Joining:** **Job Summary** Facilitator, Continuous Excellence program at Sun Pharma - Driving LEAN Six Sigma initiatives through Continuous Excellence program at Sun Pharma across all the plants in India and also nurture Total Quality Management and LEAN culture **Areas Of Responsibility** + Planning, organizing and conducting holistic capability building program focused on Six Sigma, TPM, TQM & LEAN Initiatives + Prepare strategy and road map to execute above capability building initiatives. + Provide Coaching/Mentoring to the plants for identifying, selecting and resolving problems by using Lean, TQM & Problem solving methodology. + Developing and implementing structure for driving Lean Projects + Organize promotional activities to promote the culture of Continuous improvement. + Ensure discipline and cadence of reviews of projects with each team as well as with plant leadership teams and publishing of reports to Manager + Publish periodic dashboards on the progress of the function. + Drive relevant Rewards and Recognition by evaluating projects + Design and prepare innovative ways of trainings apart from class room training + Driving Digital initiatives as an when required for the function.
