The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Field Loss Mitigation Manager to lead and oversee in-person loss control activities for Ally Dealer Insurance programs (inventory insurance and garage keepers’ coverage). This role is responsible for driving dealer engagement in loss mitigation efforts to reduce claim severity and frequency.
The Field Loss Mitigation Manager will lead a team of Senior Field Analysts, ensuring they conduct on-site visits, assess risk exposures, and provide strategic recommendations to dealerships to mitigate future losses. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, a background in insurance loss prevention or risk management, and the ability to build trusted relationships with dealers to proactively address loss control measures.
