**The Opportunity**
We’re seeking a **Manager, FP&A – North America** to join our **Molecular Commercial Finance** team. This role is a key business partner supporting the North American Molecular Diagnostics commercial organization, providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the U.S. sales and service teams. The ideal candidate will drive insights, support strategic initiatives, and help optimize gross margin and SG&A performance.
**What You’ll Work On**
+ Serve as a key financial partner to the U.S. Molecular Diagnostics commercial team.
+ Lead the coordination and execution of quarterly rolling Latest Best Estimates (LBEs).
+ Manage monthly reporting of actual performance results, including sales, product margins, and sales & service expenses.
+ Provide budget planning and support to the sales and service teams.
+ Analyze gross and operating margins against benchmarks, customer mix, and product mix to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
+ Identify and implement margin improvement initiatives to support business goals.
+ Deliver ongoing analytical and budgetary support to commercial stakeholders.
+ Contribute to long-term strategic planning and service gross margin improvement efforts.
+ Ensure compliance with and support the effectiveness of the quality system.
**Additional Details**
+ This role includes **one direct report** .
+ **Domestic travel up to 5%** is required.
**Required Qualifications**
+ BS in Accounting or Finance
+ 8 years of Finance or Accounting experience
+ Ability to work with commercial leaders to facilitate execution of sales & margin targets and planning/forecasting activities.
+ Ability to assess the reasonableness of expense forecasts and accurately project spending activities
+ Proven ability to identify root causes of sales and margin variances and recommend behavioral changes to maximize results going forward.
+ Ability to manage multiple planning, forecasting, and analysis activities and deadlines simultaneously.
+ Ability to analyze existing processes (transactional, financial planning, administrative, etc.), identify opportunities for improvement, and significantly reduce the amount of human capital involved in non-value add activities.
+ Ability to develop talent with direct support staff.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ CPA/MBA preferred.
+ Experience supporting a commercial sales team preferred.
+ Experience with TM1, SAP preferred.

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 – $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
