We are seeking an Auckland based forward thinking Supply Chain Manager with at least 5 years of leadership experience in a multinational supply chain environment, preferably with Project management and Planning experience
Officially known as ‘Operational Customer Service (OCS) Planning Manager’, reporting into the Head of OCS AU&NZ based in Australia, this role is responsible for Lead the NZ SC team on the Integrated Business Planning, Warehouse and Logistics service delivery to ensure optimal Supply Chain response to market demand in a timely, accurate and most cost effective manner.
This role also ensures that team responsibilities such as sales forecast collection, analysis, order management, etc. are all responding to Market needs in full alignment with the business model and IBP standard operating procedures.

We’re looking for someone who has:
5-10 years of demonstrated Operations and SC expertise in multinational global FMCG/ electronics companies i. Leadership experience in a complex business environment with matrix reporting lines and very good understanding of key Operations processes.Preferably experience in representing SC on a Leadership Team and influencing when necessaryProven experience with Network Optimisation in NZTrack record as team player connecting well with direct reports, peers and other key stakeholders outside of team. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing or Finance related fieldsExcellent business acumen to drive performance and results (Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial Contracts Finance, Regulatory & Fiscal know-how, Commercial, Safety, Security & ITP knowledge)Solid IBP process & Governance skillsMastering of strategic cascading process and tools such as OGSM, SDDS or PDCAHigh level of Project Management and Business Analytics skillsGood understanding of SC End to End processes and systems Problem solvingConsumer and customer experience obsessedSupplier and Customer relationship managementJoin PMI and you too can:
