Description We are looking for an experienced Manager of Applications Development to lead and refine our organization's key business systems in Itasca, Illinois. This role requires a dynamic individual who can combine strategic vision with hands-on technical expertise, ensuring optimal utilization of platforms and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will excel in managing application development projects, fostering internal and external partnerships, and implementing innovative solutions. Responsibilities: • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of critical business applications, including ERP, CRM, and cloud technologies. • Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across business systems. • Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless integration and functionality of platforms such as Salesforce, Business Central, and SolidWorks. • Develop and execute application strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth objectives. • Manage the development and deployment of APIs and custom solutions to enhance system capabilities. • Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum methodologies for project management and application delivery. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. • Monitor and maintain the performance, scalability, and security of business applications. • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools, to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development and management. • Strong expertise in ERP and CRM systems, including Dynamics 365 Business Central and Salesforce. • Proficiency in cloud technologies and tools such as Office 365 and SolidWorks. • Hands-on experience with API development and ASP.NET. • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
