Summary: The Manager - Cyber Security is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of information security within the organization, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data. This role will play a crucial role in developing and implementing robust security policies, procedures, and practices to safeguard our assets and mitigate cybersecurity risks. The Manager of Cyber Security ensures client's standards comply with and are executed consistently with company direction. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement an enterprise-wide information security strategy aligned with business goals and industry best practices * Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and prioritize security initiatives * Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, guidelines, and legal requirements * Develop & maintain a risk management framework to prioritize and address security risks * Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats * Design and implement a secure and scalable information security architecture * Evaluate, implement and manage security technologies and tools to enhance the organization's security posture * Develop and maintain an incident response plan to effectively respond to security incidents * Lead investigations into security breaches and incidents, providing thorough documentation and recommendations for improvement * Develop and implement security awareness training programs to enhance the company's understanding of security best practices * Assess the security posture of third-party vendors and manage ongoing relationships to ensure the security of outsourced services * Perform other related duties as assigned
