Job Summary :
Managing all project at site. Co-ordination of R&D, PMO,MSTG, Central, Quality, ADD and other departments.
Launching products timely, Co-ordination for Product management. Part of new project launched by site. Identifying Gaps and Investigation of projects, QC, OS, Team Lead. Compliance, Co-ordination and necessary improvements required. Experience of regulatory audit.
Areas of Responsibility
GMP Roles & Responsibilities:
· Comply with all cGMP, GXP or any other regulatory requirement including EHS requirement.
· Complete self-training and monitoring training of team members on relevant SOP.
· Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvement to site leads. On Job Roles & Responsibilities:
· Delivering the product as per requirement of demand Vs commitment by effective planning and scheduling.
· Participate in departmental audit / CQA audit or any other regulatory body audit to ascertain compliance.
· Responsible for planning and execution of new lunch product/exhibit batches on time at site.
· Accountable for timely execution of site transfer product.
· Co-ordinate with corporate project management team & MSTG team for smooth functioning of new product lunching activities.
· Responsible to lead and monitor various cost effectiveness / improvement initiative projects initiated by site.
· Cost effectiveness in production operation by controlling on revenue expenses.
· Process improvement by innovation and validation during course of manufacturing
· To participate and review the quality system documents like change control, deviation, investigation, CAPA and market complaint etc.
· To develop and maintain quality culture at site. · Enrich people towards quality/GDP compliance and ensure sustenance plan.
· Approval of master documents/ qualification documents or any other documents.
· Identify training needs and impart training to sub-ordinates and ensure implementation and effectiveness evaluation.
Emergency Roles & Responsibilities:
· To ensure the compliance of safety procedure in facilities.
· Assemble at emergency assemble point during emergency
· Ensure all statutory compliance are made as per law.
· Reporting of incidents immediately to site leads if any.
Safety Roles & Responsibilities:
Identification of unsafe act and conditions and effort to work elimination.
· To undergo training and train down the line people as per requirement.
· To follow the instruction time to time given by management EHS Responsibilities:
· To comply current EHS management system at site
· To comply EHS rules ·
To follow procedure, guidelines, polices, practices, requirement and applicable legal compliances ·
To carryout assigned job in safe manner ·
Ensure control effectively on high risk activities /significant environmental aspect & impact ·
To follow EHS performance improvement
