**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Manager of Strategic Communications plays a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that showcase the importance of Facility Management Services within HCA Healthcare. This role is responsible for shaping the department’s brand identity by telling the story of who we are, what we do, why we do it, and how we help across the enterprise. These efforts aim to build recognition, raise awareness, and potentially secure additional funding. Recognized as an expert within the organization, the coordinator supports process improvements related to change management and project communications, including onboarding enhancements, education initiatives, and rollout strategies. They also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide communication support, design expertise, and strategic marketing materials, all while ensuring brand consistency and corporate compliance. Additionally, this role involves tracking key performance indicators, driving marketing initiatives, refining communication strategies, and ensuring that all messaging aligns with the department’s goals and HCA Healthcare’s overall vision.
**What you will do in this role:**
**Communication Plans, Content Development, and Management:**
+ Manage and update FMS SharePoint sites, ensuring content is current, impactful, and aligned with corporate branding standards.
+ Lead communication rollouts with the utilization of operational tools for content management.
+ Plan and schedule marketing content, ensuring timely delivery of key messages for upcoming initiatives
+ Ensure all content, marketing materials, and internal communications meet project timelines and compliance with brand standards
**Cross-Functional Collaboration and Support:**
+ Collaborate with departmental teams and divisions to craft unified communications that align with FMS’s goals
+ Provide design support for presentations, print materials, and digital assets used in leadership and manager meetings
+ Facilitate internal communications via Webex spaces, sending announcements and reminders to engage team members
+ Support FMS managers with communication assistance, content creation, and site-related updates to ensure all messaging is consistent and effective
**Marketing and Branding:**
+ Develop content that conveys FMS’s mission, values, and its critical role in supporting HCA Healthcare’s national operations.
+ Create marketing materials that showcase FMS’s contributions to healthcare facility efficiency
+ Maintain corporate style guides, graphics, and communication templates, ensuring consistent branding across all platforms
+ Highlight FMS’s significance to stakeholders across HCA, helping drive recognition and potential investment
+ Performs other duties as assigned
**What qualifications you will need:**
+ Bachelors Degree – Required
+ 1-3+ years relevant technical experience - Required
+ Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
+ Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, and other communication tools - Preferred
