As a member of the Legal team, you will work across BCG teams and functions to support our drive operational excellence, and leverage the power of new ways of working.
WHAT YOU’LL DO, AMONG OTHER THINGS
Spearhead efforts to improve legal holds and e-discovery processes, achieving a best-in-class standard.Collaborate with legal, business, and IT stakeholders to design and implement streamlined e-discovery workflows.Manage and improve the Litigation, Investigations & Disputes team’s matter management software.Respond to audit and compliance inquiries, ensuring prompt and thorough responses.Handle subpoena responses, ensuring adherence to relevant legal and compliance requirements.Lead efforts to curate and utilize appropriate materials for legal learning and professional development.Assist with drafting correspondence and legal documents.Engage with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to support litigation, disputes, and investigations.Undertake other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.YOU’RE GOOD AT

Certified Specialist in E-Discovery (CEDS) or equivalent certification required.Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a paralegal, including substantial work in litigation and e-discovery.Experience working with in-house legal teams and legal operations.Proficiency with e-discovery tools and processes, including legal holds and compliance frameworks.Strong project management and organizational skills.Flexibility and a commitment to ongoing professional development.A willingness to work on a variety of topics and issues, both within and outside your defined mandate.English fluencyWho You'll Work With
