If you are an experienced professional ready to bring forward your ideas, then Danfoss gives you the freedom to do so. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Determine process steps and flow to move from inputs to expected output + Determine method to complete each process step (e.g., machine-based, people- based or combination) + Provide and maintain tools to perform each process step (e.g., SOPs, tooling, training) + Monitor and continuously improve processes to ensure expected output targets or implement corrective action + Provide detailed data collection and analysis (time studies, material flow, waste analysis) **Background & Skills** The ideal candidate possesses these skills. + Bachelor's degree within Engineering, Business or similar is required. + Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt. + Experience and outstanding understanding of value stream mapping. + Managerial experience in a manufacturing environment in a large- or medium-sized company. + Ability to connect with and develop colleagues at all levels. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
