Job Description

Join a dynamic team focused on the development and implementation of motor manufacturing equipment for stators, as part of the xEV Regional PE group for Electric Vehicle products. You will play a crucial role in establishing equipment, processes, and quotations for programs related to motor products, while identifying synergy potentials and best practices to drive cost-effective solutions.

ResponsibilitiesEstablish equipment, processes, and quotations for motor programs related to electric vehicle products.Develop and implement manufacturing equipment for stators.Identify synergy potentials and best practices across programs to drive cost-effective solutions.Support motor program activities and coordinate with the regional corporate team.Collaborate with various sites to support new program launches.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering.3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience in process improvement, project management, and automotive manufacturing.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of control systems, robotics, mechanics, pneumatics, optical inspection, and computer programming.Problem-solving skills.Computer literacy with personal computers and manufacturing systems.Work experience within the automotive industry with emphasis on electro/mechanical devices.Familiarity with EV components.Ability to work independently with minimal direction.Experience with application software such as MS Office tools.Work Environment

Typical Monday to Friday hours, with occasional nights and weekends required during program launches. Work will primarily take place in a clean room environment in Berea, with up to 30% domestic and international travel required as needed to support equipment supplier interactions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
