Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the dynamic manufacturing engineering team supporting innovative design operations. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay Range: $36 - $42/hr (based on experience)

What's the Job?

Implement and sustain lean production systems across electronics assembly, electrical testing, and machining operations. Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Manage the deployment of technical equipment, including custom functional test systems. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Apply built-in-quality tools such as SPC, Cpk, and measurement system analysis to ensure product quality.

What's Needed?

Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or as a technician, preferably in PC board assembly, electrical systems, or machining. Associates or technical degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related science field. Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
