MAU is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will establish internal processes to ensure the safe production of high-quality products that meet compliance and project requirements. This is a direct-hire opportunity.
Benefits Package 401(k) Uniform allowance Health benefits Competitive pay based on experience Contract with direct hire potential Shift Information Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, OR 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college OR high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of manufacturing experience 1+ years of experience in production process and equipment General Requirements Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to influence others and lead small teams Experience leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Analytical problem-solving skills In-depth understanding of complex technical concepts and principles Strong knowledge of technical concepts in intersecting technologies Hands-on aptitude with equipment Background check and drug screening required Essential Functions Manage projects and continuous improvement efforts aligned with plant metrics Lead and drive qualifications as needed Ensure engineering designs and data meet customer CTQs and compliance standards Develop and improve technical work instructions and process documentation Implement and promote 5S methodology in assigned areas Provide technical support for NPI/Repair processes Lead analytical and design activities using proven technologies Mentor peers in areas of expertise Develop new solutions in team settings or based on organizational precedents Communicate effectively across functional areas Perform additional duties as assigned MAU does not offer any sponsorship assistance for this role
