We are currently representing our client, a leading global authorized OEM for turbine engine and aerospace applications. The company focuses on aftermarket support, delivering high-quality solutions to major engine manufacturers and airline operators worldwide and is currently looking for a successful Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the Manufacturing Engineering team to provide timely technical support, drive new product introductions, improve manufacturing methods, and support product transfers. This role is key to ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and business alignment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering operations to meet performance, cost, and delivery goals. Provide technical support to manufacturing, sales, and quality teams. Oversee new product introductions and process improvements. Evaluate new work opportunities and provide accurate cost estimates. Support product transfers and innovation initiatives. Develop and mentor a team of Manufacturing Engineers. Ensure knowledge retention and continuity within the team. Requirements: Minimally 8 years of engineering management experience in manufacturing, aerospace or precision engineering and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Precision or Mechatronic Engineering. Strong knowledge of machining, brazing, stamping, and heat treatment. Knowledge in Non-Destructive Testing, NDT will be advantageous. Proven leadership and problem-solving skills. Highly skilled in Siemens NX Unigraphics or SolidWorks is a must. Effective communicator, able to work across diverse teams. Other Benefits: Visible career prospect with a growing business.
