Our client, a leading international Electronics manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing & Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Manufacturing & Facilities Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting the establishment of a new production facility and commissioning new production lines as the facility grows along with the maintenance oversight of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000+ base salary
What's the Job?
Plan and install production lines from the ground up, optimizing for efficiency, safety, and output targets. Use AutoCAD to design future facility layouts, capital equipment projects, utility plans, and workflow diagrams. Help lead the full setup and commissioning of the facility, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, security, and fire protection systems. Hire, train, and lead a diverse facilities maintenance team, fostering an inclusive and accountable work environment. Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards.What's Needed?
7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with 3+ years in facilities or plant management roles. Proficiency in AutoCAD for facility layout and workflow planning. Strong knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, utilities) and workplace safety standards. Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Operations, Facilities Management, or a related technical fieldWhat's in it for me?
