Manufacturing Technical Manager
**Summary:** In this role, you will be responsible for owning manufacturing processes at contract manufacturing (CM) partners including laying out manufacturing line, setting up & qualifying FATP lines, driving yield and UPH improvement, developing and implementing factory floor system, driving cost and cycle time reduction, and driving ramp and MP readiness. You will partner closely with Hardware Engineering, Technical Operations and our Manufacturing partners driving NPI manufacturing process readiness to ensure new products ramped and launched on time. **Required Skills:** Manufacturing Technical Manager Responsibilities: 1. Work with CM partner to design and layout the FATP (final assembly, test, and pack-out) line 2. Develop manufacturing processes at the factory and drive line qualifications by working with cross-functional teams and CM partners 3. Work with cross-functional team (Hardware Engineering, Operations and manufacturing partner teams) to drive ramp and MP readiness 4. Drive cost and cycle time reduction through line balancing and OEE improvement 5. Drive FACA (Failure Analysis Corrective Action) and yield bridge to mass production 6. Travel up to 30% to Asia Pacific region **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 7. Experience working with manufacturers 8. 5+ years of experience in Operations engineering activities 9. Demonstrated technical skills and experience, including a detailed understanding of Final Assembly, Test, Packout and SMT processes 10. Experience in using process driven and analytical approaches to problem-solving (Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, etc.) 11. Working knowledge of GD&T, data analysis and statistics 12. Project management experience including Planning, Cost, & Delivery 13. Experience in high volume mass production **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 14. Experience with optical systems and clean room setup 15. Experience with automated system bring up and qualification 16. Data analysis experience using JMP 17.
