Jockey is seeking a Marketplace Platform Specialist to join our E-Commerce team!

JOB SUMMARY

The Marketplace Platform Specialist will be responsible for maintaining a scalable global marketplace ecosystem that will support the long-term growth of our global marketplace businesses. This position involves maintaining and optimizing e-commerce applications and processes ensuring seamless delivery of product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment lifecycle. This candidate will help troubleshoot issues, investigate data discrepancies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges. The marketplace specialist should be familiar with e-commerce platforms (Rithum, Channel Engine, Shopify), data savvy, and possess strong problem-solving skills to ensure successful operations.

JOB EXPECTATIONS

Support all core functions of our multi-channel selling platforms and related solutions. Be a primary point of contact for issue resolution for all Global Marketplaces. Maintain product listing templates for e-commerce marketplace channels such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, Zalando, and Shopify. Experience with marketplace seller portals and preparing bulk feed files. Comfortable creating and supporting application business rules and formulas. Understanding of common order fulfillment lifecycles for selling on large marketplaces. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Comfortable creating and maintaining process flows and documentation. Support and monitor existing solutions to maintain established SLAs and KPIs related to order processing, returns, and inventory management for all global marketplaces. Collaborate and partner with support organizations for Sales Orders, Supply Chain Management, Distribution, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Finance, Tax, etc. Familiarity with common feed file formats (CSV, TSV, XML, JSON). Past SQL, programming, and/or API experience is a plus. Ability to work in a cross-functional environment. Other job duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in E-Commerce or related field.

PREFERRED: 

1-3 years’ experience working directly with an ecommerce / marketplace organization 1-3 years’ experience working with multichannel selling platforms. Excellent organizational, problem solving, analysis, detail orientation, multi-tasking, and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High degree of self-motivation and initiative.
