Overview ... The Manager Marketing (MM) is responsible for planning, developing, organize and implementing marketing strategies, initiatives, and tactical programs for through a customer focused approach which will optimize JBT Marel’s business opportunities. The MM will interact with a broad level of internal and external stakeholders and the job requires direct customer communication, and a team-focused approach. Strong business and customer understanding are essential. The role requires the ability to clearly communicate (verbally and in writing) marketing plans, along with strong/deep knowledge of industry, the target market, market/customer expectations. The MM will take part in developing and manage a portfolio of on-market and new products from a Marketing perspective. Develop global tactics for contending with the opportunities and threats in the assigned focus markets to ensure increased market share for all JBTMarels products. Additionally, identify, evaluate, justify and recommend new opportunities in the market based on customer and market insights. The Opportunity ... Produce a strategically embedded marketing plan with an emphasis on customer and market insights Responsible for all Marketing in in close collaboration with colleagues in the Global Marketing organization Responsible for the planning and execution of stand out and effective (digital) marketing campaigns across the industry developed based on a thorough market understanding Create strategically embedded prioritization for event/exhibition participation Responsible for the quality and clarity of the positioning, messaging, storytelling, collateral, online content and sales enablement materials for the Responsible for driving digital marketing and lead management activities Acquire thorough knowledge of your customers; how they buy and their buying criteria, and competitors in focus markets to differentiate Marel in the market Activity and budget planning in collaboration with EVP and SMD of . Work as a trusted partner to the EVP and SMD to carry out strategically embedded work aligned with global marketing organization Develop and execute internal communication for new products to all stakeholders Advance and maintain meaningful commercial tools that the support the selling process Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan Measure and evaluate impact and effectiveness of marketing activities Why work at JBT ...
