Marketing Specialist, Physician Engagement

The **Physician Engagement Specialist** will support initiatives that engage referring physicians, build strong provider relationships, and drive growth across our imaging centers. This role will assist in creating campaigns, developing resources, and delivering reporting that helps our teams connect effectively with physicians.
**Specific duties include, but are not limited to:**
+ Assist in developing physician marketing campaigns, referral-building programs, and educational materials that support local and national growth initiatives.
+ Help create onboarding guides, toolkits, and communication templates for Sales and Field Marketing teams to use with providers.
+ Maintain physician marketing content in Big Tin Can, ensuring materials are accurate, up to date, and compliant with brand and regulatory standards.
+ Support the development of dashboards and reports to monitor referral activity, campaign engagement, and outreach performance.
+ Contribute to provider education efforts and thought leadership initiatives, such as presentations, newsletters, or event content.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Position Requirements:**
+ Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience
+ 2 years experience working in a marketing, communications, or content creation digital media marketing role
+ Handle multiple projects at once and prioritize accordingly by prioritizing workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
+ Manage internal customers as well as the customers’ expectations
+ Problem solve by applying principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
+ Travel may be required up to 10%
**Preferred:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
+ 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or healthcare preferred
+ Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
+ Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, clinical, and creative teams
+ Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
+ Familiarity with content management tools or CRM platforms is a plus (e.g., Big Tin Can, Salesforce)
**Physical Requirements:**
Standard Office Environment and the employee may be exposed to environmental hazards such as exposure to noise, and travel.

+ Sit, stand, walk.
+ Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs.
+ See, speak and hear to be able to communicate with patients.
+ Less than 50% of the time:
+ Stoop, kneel or crawl.
+ Climb and balance.
+ Carry and lift 10-20 lbs.
