Marketing Specialist
Summary: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the planning and execution of marketing projects. This includes developing project plans, managing budgets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, as well as experience with project management tools and techniques. Responsibilities: + Develop and execute marketing project plans and upkeep calendar across multiple campaigns and marketing channels + Manage and track channel budgets including marketing invoice reconciliation process + Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure milestones and timelines are established + Act as point of contact with agency partners on creative trafficking process based on channel and campaign requirements including AHS procedures + Track project progress and ensure deliverables are met + Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations throughout project life cycle + Support ongoing AHS technology access requests for external partners + Coordinate 3rd party vendor trainings as necessary + Become the teams SME in project management tool and oversee development of all processes on behalf of the team + Lead set up and maintenance of the SharePoint environment + Additional responsibilities to support campaign execution as needed Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field + 1-3 years of experience in marketing project management is preferred. + Due to the nature of the role, this may suit someone from an agency background with experience project managing diverse multiple campaigns at the same time. + Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies + Experience with project management tools (Hive, Jira, Asana) and techniques (Agile, Six Sigma, etc.) + PMP certification a plus! + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure + Experience working across multi-discipline teams + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ABOUT US At Atlantic Health System, our promise to our communities is; Anyone who enters one of our facilities, will receive the highest quality care delivered at the right time, at the right place, and at the right cost.
