Responsibilities The Opportunity Ensure that each project achieves the quality standards in crafting and optimization of resources aligned with the PepsiCo culture and policy Develop all the process for content production for the create markets Supervision: • Audiovisual projects, guidelines to carry out a filming or any production process regardless of size, post-production process, ratios for W&NW • Management of communication between areas. • Achieve good communication between producers and brand managers. • Achieve delivery quality objectives vs assigned budgets. Your Impact As Mktg Sr Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of • Coordinate projects of tv & content production of (Savory, Biscuits, Confectionery and Beverages) • Comparative table for different suppliers • Responsible of A&M approved and deliver it to A&M controller • Coordinate brief, preproduction, production and postproduction meetings • Coordinate real product delivery and dummies for filming • Coordinate dummies product & product for shooting days • Attend and coordinate footage sessions • Responsible for contracts talent, music and voice over • Coordinate all the meetings needed progress • Have approval for all project expenses (additional, dummies, volume etc) for brand teams • Review of talent and music royalties • Coordinate and manage digital productions • Plan and organize the time tables of each project Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education • Bachelor in advetising, Communications, Film, Audiovisual or similar degrees Experience • Expirience: 4 years • Knowledge in content production process • Experience in production • Experience managing agencies and internal staff If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
