Master Data Management Supply Chain Analyst
Job Summary

The primary responsibility is to maintain the Supplier Master within Workday.  Reviews request for new supplier adds to Workday.  Manages existing data accuracy.  Work with Accounts Payable for 1099 process.  Works with the Item Master to support supply chain ordering process.  Responsible for ad-hoc supplier related reporting. Responsible for assisting with permanent supplier report tools. Develops process improvement and compliance for supplier related activities.  Supports procure to pay process.  Assist with other supply chain analytics activities.

Supplier Master

Create new supplier set up in Workday

Maintain general supplier information in Workday

Maintain supplier payment and tax information in workday according to legal and regulatory compliance

Perform reporting and analytics on supplier data

Assist Accounts Payables and Supply Chain teams with related supplier information

Additional Functions

Item Master

Create new item set up in Workday

Maintain item data in Workday

Provide guidance with inventory and procurement operations

Perform reporting and analytics on item master data

Develop and implement projects to enhance supply chain processes

Supply Chain Analytics

Assist in data collection and analysis to track supply chain performance, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, transportation costs, and procure to pay activities.

Support the development and implementation of supply chain optimization strategies.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.

Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.

Identify and resolve supply chain issues related to delays, shortages, or inventory discrepancies.

Maintain supply chain databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Prepare ad-hoc reports and perform various data analyses as needed to support decision-making.

Assist in preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

Associate's Degree related field

Preferred

Preferred Bachelor's Degree related field

1 Year experience with SQL Query

Workday Report Writer, Microsoft Excel VBA, Python, R, Statistics, Tableau
