The position serves as a subject matter expert, providing technical expertise on intelligence and analysis theories, practices and principles for information pertaining to local, state and national threats and/or acts of terrorism. The position serves as a supervisor for analysts and fulfills the MATIC’s All-Hazard Intelligence Unit supervisory role for decision-making purposes, personnel performance plan development and evaluation, guiding personnel in daily activities, and setting priorities for the unit.
