Qualification:
-5+ Years as an HVAC Engineer
-Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited University required
-Proficient in Designing HVAC systems and knowledge of Plumbing/Fire Protection equipment
Description
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Experience with technically complex project types
-Ability to assume responsibility, effectively and cohesively interface and communicate with clients, architects, and other trades.
-Present design options to the rest of the team, architects, a nd clients for evaluation.
-Productively work and manage within a team environment on multiple design and construction projects
-Detail oriented - able to effectively manage time and budget to meet project deliverables and schedules
-Strong understanding of all A/E disciplines and project coordination
-Field experience (understanding of construction principles, methods. and best practices)
-Proficient in: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, Prolog, etc.
-AutoCAD MEP 3D, Navisworks, and Revit MEP to prepare construction documents and sketches in 3D environment a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $50.00/hr.
